Data is taken from our in-house database, the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, our appraisal files, and the County Assessment Bureau. Our appraisers understand and follow Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). All appraisers are licensed and insured.
